Whole night the fridge having noise so thats why we turn it off to stop the noise

The stay was wonderful, especially liked the location & staff attitude. But I think the furniture is old, but the staff were polite & helpful with any request.Room furniture required to look for management.Strange bad odor of cooking on floor

It's the most amazing hotel with great staff who always makes sure your stay is memorable and enjoyable, the staff at Front Desk, & Housekeeping always make you feel very important being so attentive and accommodated to every single detail, everyone is very welcoming. Great management special thanks to GM-Girish who made us very comfortable with professional amazing staff will always have such loyal repetitive guests.

it was nice, but the city view is not that nice and makes you feel lonely, we had to spend the whole stay outside, Like everything: facilities, staff, property, area, location

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The room was great size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided water refills on a daily basis and had efficient room cleaning service. Staff need more training to handle the busy hours.it was nice, but the city view is not that nice and makes you feel lonely, we had to spend the whole stay outside, Location, size of the rooms and facilities.Family friendly place, people were extremely nice.

All was very good. Nice hotel, no problems or issues.The service was outstanding. They will help you with whatever is possible, just ask. The location of the hotel best it could be. Great service! Empathetic staff made coming from a long flight very restful. Got some good sleep. I was serviced by Sumit who was very pleasant and easy to communicate with while getting dinner.

There is no fragrance on the hotel or the apartment because if any guests cocked on the apartment i will smell there food which is wrong. Even the mattress it want not good enough to fell comfort. They should change it and buy a new mattress. It is really hard to sleep with it. If i can cancel the reservation i will but it is not refundable.

Location near things which is interesting for me , and it is 10 min walk to metro station

The shower was area need repair , no gym in the facility , no place to park your car till you finish check in and then you can take it down to the parking

It is great place to stay in Dubai. It is close to transportation to go to any place. It was great hotel and service. Room was clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to big mall and everything we're available. Great Location.The best hotel I ever or probably will ever stay in I honestly would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be blessed enough like myself to see Dubai.They need to improve floor smells

We really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel location is great. The Room is neat and clean. Excellent service.The Hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and well behaved. Any service request was promptly taken care off to our satisfaction. They need to improve floor smell (cooking smell)

The service provided by Chelsea gardens really good. It was one of the best hotel with reasonable price located in Discovery Gardens. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. I love the stay at Chelsea Gardens. The Hotel crew were amazing and accommodative. The staffs were very courteous. Took care of all my needs. The hotel is situated in a prime location with all the eateries located in the walking distance. It is accessible by Metro and other transport means easily. Manju as I observe is very helpful...........................hard working and very respectful I will highly recommend her to my coworker as a good person........the room cleaning including all maintenance along with bedsheet change if needed considering the hygiene n wellbeing.Only issue is they need to improve floor smell of cooking

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chelsea gardens hotels and apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.A special thank-you to the room service team—(Manju) was especially kind and efficient. Excellent house keeping department, one of the reasons for me coming back to this hotel time and again. Special mention Manju, Ranjeet and Mihir and James from front desk are amazing.Recommend to management make the hotel little modern.. Chelsea hotel is really good to stay with spacious fully furnished rooms with parking facility.Hygiene and cleanliness are also very well maintained and housekeeping staff is available for immediate assistance.Hoping continuing my stay in the hotel for future visits as well.

It is a good apartment and nice location with perfect room. Very Helpful staff, always smiling and very keen to provide assistance at all times.Happy with the housekeeping services provided by staff members, who ensured regular and thorough cleaning of the apartment.
